If you are paying with a check, please complete our registration form until the point where you reach the "Review and Confirm" page, where you will need to click on the "Pay Online" link. This will submit your application and you will receive an invoice via email. We will list your membership as "pending" until we receive payment, at which point we will update your membership records. Please send your payment to the Treasurer listed under the Contact page. If you also need an invoice and/or a W-9, please email our Treasurer at firstname.lastname@example.org for that information.
